Building information modelling (BIM) 

Mossa Engineering offers the service of information modeling of designed objects (BIM) - it is an object-oriented information model of a construction object or a complex of construction objects in three-dimensional form, the elements of which are associated with the data of geometric, physical and functional characteristics of the construction object. The main advantages of using BIM-technologies in the design are bringing all the information about the elements of the building and equipment in one 3-dimensional file, which will eliminate errors and simplify the process of construction and installation. At the stage of operation of the object BIM-model allows to facilitate maintenance of building structures and equipment, as well as simplify the reconstruction of the construction object and its utilization / demolition. Availability of BIM-model increases the capitalization of the object (its market value).
